Important Club Notice –
Post COVID, future announcement regarding the cancellation of a meeting will be posted on this web page, following a Government announcement or a decision made by the club chairman. All members are advised to check this page regularly and before travelling to a meeting.
Members
On arrival at the meeting, please enter by the front entrance only. Here you will be met and booked in, as usual by a committee member. All visitors will be asked to provide a contact telephone number when booking in. Members are reminded that they should inform the club of any changes to their contact details when booking in. Hand sanitizer will be available at the booking in point.
Notwithstanding past Government announcements, the committee advises members to:

During the meeting please respect other members personal space.

Wear a face mask when you are in a crowded area. Although this will be at individual members discretion, you are reminded that a face mask will also provide protection for other members who may be vulnerable. They will also provide a level of protection from any wood dust that maybe generated by the demonstrator.

There will be a break mid meeting, when refreshments will be provided. At the break please also respect the personal space of the demonstrator and follow any instruction regarding handling of equipment or examples of their work.

Please use the same seat throughout the meeting and at the end you are requested to (whenever possible) move your chair to the storage area where they will be stacked by a committee member.
The committee will keep you informed of all changes via the club website, Facebook and announcements by the chairman at the club meetings
In short please use common sense throughout and without wishing to state the obvious: If you are experiencing any covid and or flu type symptoms, then please do not attend the club.
